Among other achievements, we set up the Custom Clearing Department at our bonded warehouse ("BW") and customs licensed warehouse ("CLW") area that allows handling the customs formalities in considerably shorter time with notably higher quality, particularly if your cargo forms part of another consolidated cargo.

Operational strengths:

Firstly, time saving. Our customs clearance department (CCD) will help you avoid contacting a number of authorities (fees, statistics, cargo delivery control department ("CDCD"), and terminal) for every cargo you handle. The customs station will provide you customs clearance in half an hour as fees, statistics, and controls are all provided by the same officer.

Secondly, you will save 20% to 40% of financial expenditure on all customs formalities costs that, in turn, makes it possible to lower the cost of products.

Even if you have your own brokers or customs applicants and registration with another customs house, this never rules out handling your cargoes via the customs station at our terminal. You just need to place a cargo with our BW and handle the further formalities at our terminal. The placement and customs clearance will be provided in a day. We also offer delivery of the customs-cleared cargo to your office.

The role of the customs broker is to help our clients optimize the customs clearance process and provide smooth flow of goods.
